Oat porridge with blueberries

For six people

Ingredients

1 cup Quick-cooking oats
5 cups Almond milk
½ cup Granulated sugar
1 tsp coffee Vanilla extract
1.25 cups Fresh blueberry
1.5 oz Dark chocolate
½ cup Roasted and crushed almond
½ cup Honey

Production

1. Place the almond milk and oats in a saucepan. Bring to medium heat, add vanilla and sugar, cook for 5 min.
2. Cover and let it sit for 5 min.
3. Divide the preparation into bowls. Sprinkle with blueberries and almonds.
4. Sprinkle with honey. Grate the chocolate on top and serve.
