Tasty Avocado and Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

2 avocados, quartered

1/4 cup fresh coriander cut into large pieces

3/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 Serrano pepper

Instructions

1. Remove the seeds of the avocados and pepper.

2. Gather all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixture is almost smooth.

3. Serve with your favorite food such as alongside chicken breast or as a dip for chips.
